FOGO RETURN POLICY
You have 14 days to Return any items purchased on FOGO.
Returned items must have tags still on and have no visible signs of wear or
use. You will need to provide the FOGO invoice (found in your order
history) at time of return.
Returns made instore will be subject to the stores refund
policies, which vary by retailer (see retailer return policy)
FOGO does not issue refunds for product. FOGO does issue credits
in your FOGO wallet. If you are unable to return to the store you can
ship the items you do not want back to FOGO for free. FOGO does not accept
any returns from stores that are not active on our site. If you made a
purchase on our site and the store is no longer active, you will be
directed to make the return at the store.
FOGO will issue credits in your wallet for the purchased
amount in 5-7 days after receipt of your return. These credits can be found in
your wallet under payments in your profile. You can choose to apply these
credits towards a future order.
How to Mail in returns:

days after purchase to initiate return. Email should include items you
would like to return.
· FOGO
will provide you with a shipping label and detailed instructions.
We do not issue returns or credits for delivery fees.

We have a 14-day return policy, which
means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you
received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or
proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as
instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item
is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate
the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food,
flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized
items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not
accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get
in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have,
and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you
know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically
refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time
for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Thread + Theory ONLY OFFERS EXCHANGES FOR RETURNS. We do not
refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us
directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you
with any questions.
Items can be exchanged within 14 days from the date your items
are delivered or picked up in store. Items must be in *original condition with
tags within 14 days to receive an exchange or store credit. Exchanges are
limited to one per transaction and any purchases made with a store credit will
be FINAL SALE. DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Thread + Theory does not offer price adjustments, meaning if you
purchase items before a storewide promotion begins, we will not adjust the
original price or cancel your order in order to allow a new order to be placed
with the current promotion.
FINAL SALE on all sale items, bodysuits, accessories, swim,
shoes, candles, and intimates.
*Original condition: Items that have NOT been worn, altered, or
washed with all original tags attached.
Return Policy Abuse: We reserve the right to no longer accept
returns from those who have hit a maximum of 10 returns or $1,000 within a 12
month period.

Full refund will be issued upon receipt of item(s)
returned. Item(s) must be unused and in their original condition with original
tags/packaging intact, and must be post marked for return
within seven (7) calendar days of delivery date indicated by tracking.
Please try your
items on right away. We are a small shop and stock limited release collections
that change seasonally. We simply cannot accept returns that are no longer

Sorry, but we cannot take back personal items
such as underwear, make-up and body jewelry.
We will not be able to accept returns on
swimwear purchases.
When returning footwear, shoes must be placed
in the manufacturer’s shoebox, then inside of a separate shipping box.
Do not write on the manufacturer’s shoebox,
tape it closed, or use it as a shipping box.
