You have 14 days to Return any items purchased on FOGO.  Returned items must have tags still on and have no visible signs of wear or use.  You will need to provide the FOGO invoice (found in your order history) at time of return.

Returns made instore will be subject to the stores refund policies, which vary by retailer (see retailer return policy)

FOGO does not issue refunds for product. FOGO does issue credits in your FOGO wallet.  If you are unable to return to the store you can ship the items you do not want back to FOGO for free. FOGO does not accept any returns from stores that are not active on our site.  If you made a purchase on our site and the store is no longer active, you will be directed to make the return at the store.

 FOGO will issue credits in your wallet for the purchased amount in 5-7 days after receipt of your return. These credits can be found in your wallet under payments in your profile.  You can choose to apply these credits towards a future order. 

How to Mail in returns:

·       Email 14 days after purchase to initiate return.  Email should include items you would like to return.

·       FOGO will provide you with a shipping label and detailed instructions.

We do not issue returns or credits for delivery fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
